Pedialyte Powder Packs are an advanced hydration solution specially formulated with an optimal balance of sugar and electrolytes needed to help replenish vital fluids and minerals, which when lost, can lead to dehydration. Pedialyte Powder Packs can help prevent dehydration* caused by vomiting, diarrhea, exercise, travel, and heat exhaustion.

Pedialyte® Powder Packs Ingredients
Anhydrous Dextrose, Citric Acid, Potassium Citrate, Salt, Sodium Citrate. Less than 2% of: Natural & Artificial Flavor, Beet Powder Color, Calcium Silicate, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose, and Blue 1.
Directions
Use
- Tastes best served cold.
- Reconstitute only with water.
- Mix one pack of Pedialyte Powder with 16 fl oz (2 cups) water. Stir to dissolve.
- Store unused, reconstituted product in sealed container in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Do not store powder packs at extreme temperatures.
Use
- For children 1 year and older and adults: Begin with small frequent sips every 15 minutes, increasing serving size as tolerated. Continue for as long as diarrhea is present.
- To maintain proper hydration, 2-4 servings (32 to 64 fl oz) of Pedialyte may be needed per day. Consult your doctor if vomiting, fever, or diarrhea continues beyond 24 hours or if consumption needs are greater than 2 liters (64 fl oz) per day.
Pedialyte Powder Packs and Freezer Pops are not for use for children under 1 year of age.

Great product, -1 for artificial food coloring
I've been struggling with dehydration and Pedialyte powder packs really help. They're easy to keep with me and I can add to a water bottle. The issue i have is that artificial food coloring, like dehydration, is also a migraine trigger for me. For now, the grape flavor seems to be okay. Really hoping Pedialyte phases out the artificial coloring (esp red40). Red and yellow are the worst for me.

We have had COVID and drinking just water just was not helping with hydration I tried another flavor and found not stand it but I tried Apple and it is the best! Please just make packs with just apple flavor!

Keeps me hydrated!
I have been using Pedialyte for over a year now at the advice of my Doctor. I absolutely love the orange flavor powder. It stores well and is easy and quick to prepare. I prefer it to any other hydrating drink, soda or juice. Plus it is healthy. I drink 16oz. a day and it makes me feel much better. Love it!

Pedialyte for Parties
I have been a fan of Pedialyte for a long time and I know all about its benefits for general hydration, athletic recovery and more; I have tried to extol its virtues to my friends but many didn't listen...
Until I started putting out the packets at my parties! I've now conditioned them to drink Pedialyte before and after a fun event to prevent dehydration and hangovers. They have been converted! Now many of them stock their own Pedialyte at home too.

I LOVE this stuff!
I’m a long-distance runner and I wanted to try Pedialyte before a big race. I started drinking it everyday leading up to the big day, and I saw a HUGE change in my performance. I won’t drink anything else now leading up to a race.

Drinking some right now!
Pedialyte is my go to when I need to rehydrate AND replenish. I love the packets because it's so easy to keep them on me for when I need them. Strawberry Lemonade is my absolute favorite flavor. Highly recommend!
