Pedialyte Powder Packs are an advanced hydration solution specially formulated with an optimal balance of sugar and electrolytes needed to help replenish vital fluids and minerals, which when lost, can lead to dehydration. Pedialyte Powder Packs can help prevent dehydration* caused by vomiting, diarrhea, exercise, travel, and heat exhaustion.

Pedialyte® Powder Packs Ingredients
Anhydrous Dextrose, Citric Acid, Potassium Citrate, Salt, Sodium Citrate. Less than 2% of: Natural & Artificial Flavor, Beet Powder Color, Calcium Silicate, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose, and Blue 1.
Directions
Use
- Tastes best served cold.
- Reconstitute only with water.
- Mix one pack of Pedialyte Powder with 16 fl oz (2 cups) water. Stir to dissolve.
- Store unused, reconstituted product in sealed container in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Do not store powder packs at extreme temperatures.
Use
- For children 1 year and older and adults: Begin with small frequent sips every 15 minutes, increasing serving size as tolerated. Continue for as long as diarrhea is present.
- To maintain proper hydration, 2-4 servings (32 to 64 fl oz) of Pedialyte may be needed per day. Consult your doctor if vomiting, fever, or diarrhea continues beyond 24 hours or if consumption needs are greater than 2 liters (64 fl oz) per day.
Pedialyte Powder Packs and Freezer Pops are not for use for children under 1 year of age.

I have been a fan of Pedialyte for years and was so excited to try the packets. It’s perfect for on the go whenever you need instant rehydration. Whether it’s recovering from working out, an illness or hangover- pedialyte has your back. Love the grape flavor (on ice)!

I LOVE this stuff!
I’m a long-distance runner and I wanted to try Pedialyte before a big race. I started drinking it everyday leading up to the big day, and I saw a HUGE change in my performance. I won’t drink anything else now leading up to a race.

Pedialyte is my go to when I need to rehydrate AND replenish. I love the packets because it's so easy to keep them on me for when I need them. Strawberry Lemonade is my absolute favorite flavor. Highly recommend!

Never ruining my day with a 2PM Nap Disaster again
An underdiscussed use: beating the 2PM sleepies. When you chug iced coffee all morning (where my millennials at) you are mad dehydrated and when the need to nap hits, pop one of these powder packs into your reusable water bottle, chug, and thank me later.
These powder packs are A+, 10/10, my ride or die. I never leave home without them.
