Preparation
Storage & Handling
- Ready to Use: Do not add water or dilute.
- Do not use if printed band around cap or inner foil seal is missing or broken.
- Remove protective band and twist off cap.
- Remove and throw away protective foil seal.
- Tastes best served cold.
Storage & Handling
- After opening, replace cap, refrigerate and use within 48 hours.
- Store unopened bottles in a cool place. Avoid excessive heat.
- Do not reuse bottle.

The Seal
I like the hydration of the product, but I find the protective seal to very difficult to remove. I rather drink from the bottle, but the seal is very sharp.

Useful to rehydrate!
Pedialyte Sport definitely helped me to rehydrate after a workout and after a night out and about. While the taste was just okay for me, it definitely made me feel better after drinking it.

Works well enough
I usually get this when I'm rather dehydrated and sport works best for me. But would really like different flavors. I can barely stomach the 2 available and I can't drink as consistently as I'd like. I work out in the Florida sun so dehydration can happenceasily.

Flavor Issues
This looks to be a great option to rehydrate after sports. Unfortunately, I can only speak to the flavor as I could not finish after only a few sips. I received a free sample to test, but the flavor does not taste enjoyable. Additionally, the drink has a slight thickness, which is unpleasant.

I love the Pedialyte brand and was excited to use this product after my workout. I liked that the drink was low in sugar and calories. Unfortunately I did not love the flavor. I found it to have a salty after taste.

Tastes GREAT!
I have always trusted Pedialyte and decided to give the Pedialyte Sport a try. I am so glad I did!! It tastes great and both my sons love it. The oldest now prefers Pedialyte Sport over Gatorade. He says it taste great and he would rather have it than anything else now. WIN!

Best source for rehydration and replenishment!
The absolute necessity following an arduous run, workout routine, or even the long day of yard work! My perfect go-to to avoid cramping up due to lack of hydration. There are some who complain about the taste, but with replenishment qualities of this product compared to any others out there (way healthier for you!), the trade out is a no-brainer. An absolute must if sick and keeping up on replenishing electrolytes! Personally, I love the taste, especially when straight out of the refrigerator while it is nice and cold! Highly recommended!
