Directions
Use
- Mix one packet of Pedialyte Powder with 16 fl oz water only.
- Stir or shake to dissolve.
- Tastes best served cold.

Does it have caffeine?
Great drink for hydration but using it late at night in gym and sleep patterns a bit off so curious if this has caffiene? and if so how much?

Great for music festivals!
Taste was great and easy to put into our camelback. The only thing we had a hard time figuring it out is how many packets per day we could each have. Other than that, it was perfect!

Was using advanced plus ,but have switched to sport.i drink this to replace my electrolytes,but really bought it for my 9 yr old who trains muaythai.works better than anything else we've tried and we've tried alot.thnx for the great product..

This works well but why the food coloring?
This product is the best thing that we've ever found to keep my daughter hydrated during the day/sports practices. I can't give it a 5 star because of the food coloring. Please consider making this product without food coloring!!

Great pre-workout, but terrible packaging
I use this as a pre-workout because of its high electrolytes to low sugar ratio, but the plastic packaging waste is ridiculous. Put this powder in a plastic screw-top jar with a serving spoon. Or keep the individual servings but use paper packets instead of foil. Something. I can't buy this stuff with a clean conscience.

Convenient
I got this for my son in case of stomach bugs and for an easy way to hydrate on the baseball field. He has travel tournaments each weekend and the weather and sun are fickle and we never know what time we play. I can put this in water and get him hydrated easily.

Pretty good stuff
I've been using this for a couple months now, especially when I notice that I'm getting dehydrated. I mainly stick to water, but every once in awhile I like to make sure my electrolytes are being replenished. Seems to do it's job for me, even though I know it's intended for kids. I'm just not a big fan of sports drinks, so this does the trick.
