Directions
Use
- Mix one packet of Pedialyte Powder with 16 fl oz water only.
- Stir or shake to dissolve.
- Tastes best served cold.

Not just for kids!
I live a pretty active lifestyle, so sometimes the standard water and Gatorade aren’t enough to get hydrated. The fruit punch is my favorite flavor by far, and it always helps me improve my performance

Very salty
I understand that this is a recovery type of drink but I found it to be way to salty. I tried several times to drink it and never could get use to the flavor of salt.

I love it
I go to the gym quite often and I be drained when I'm done. I started using the Pedialyte Sport and I am definitely loving how it works quickly. I sweat a lot when I am at the gym and the pedialyte sport give you the 5 key electrolytes that you need that you sweat out. I felt great and will be purchasing more.

Great taste electrolytes!
Perfect for a hot day of running. Taste a bit sweet but it only has 40 calories for a 1/2 liter. I love that I can carry this in my Fanny pack in case of dehydration. It’s just add water, so perfect!

Pedialyte Sport has 5 key electrolytes for hydration and muscle support. Mostly for muscle support. Dissolves completely. Make sure its ice cold. Taste better. Only 12% of sugar per packet. . I used 2 in one day and realized I was not thirsty in the evenings, which is rare. I really felt hydrated. After the 5th day, I noticed less foot pain from walking. Thank you. Light fruity taste. I would of preferred it more stronger(fruit flavor) but it does taste good. Highly recommend.

Tasty !
I bought this product about a month ago. For my husband for his job that he lift heavy furniture. Sweats from the heat. So I thought this be perfect for him. 6 packs in the box. The flavor I got was fruit punch. Very tasty and no after taste. Helps hydrated you from sweating and muscle support to. You just pour in your water. Super easy and convenient.

Good after a workout
Never thought I would drink pedialyte after working out to replenish and feel freshed. These new pedialyte sport drinks are really beneficial and work better than other drinks I have had. The taste I’m not so crazy about but I feel hydrated after drinking it. It’s super easy to make just take one packet and mix it in 16oz of cold water and it’s ready. Even my husband drinks it now after his pt workouts in the morning.

Tastes like salty gatorade
I will preface this review with the fact that I am very much not an athlete, so I may not need this type of product. However, was not remotely palatable. It mixed well and the packaging was convenient. If you need this type of product, you might enjoy it. I didn’t at all. Too much salt flavor for me. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Love what it does for my body, and the fact that it does more than alot of other drinks. I do feel better after drinking this, so I can tell a bit of a change. The only problem I have is the first initial taste is a little bit shocking. After the first taste it is good.

I struggle drinking water daily, I tried the pedialyte sport fruit punch powder mix and I loved it! I started drinking more water. Love drinking it when I go to the gym. It is lower in sugar than most sport drinks. Has more electrolytes than most sport drinks. It’s not to sweet and does not taste watered down. I would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a hydration drink. Could definitely tell a difference when I started drinking pedialyte in my water.

I love the flavor, so refreshing!
It was so easy to mix and prepare, it's yummy with ice as well. My kids and I both love it. It's quick, convenient, taste's good and is healthy. I'm definitely recommending it to my friends and family. YUM!

Pedialyte sport is the ideal product for an active athlete like myself as it provides me with quick hydration containing 5 key electrolytes for muscle support. I live in Texas any my family loves to golf. We all take one of these before heading to the course and it helps keep us hydrated all day in the 100 plus temps. The taste is better than other brands I’ve tried and it helps us not get dehydrated since we sweat so much out there in the sun. I would definitely recommend.

Love the fruit punch flavor. Powder dissolves very easily in water with no gritty taste left behind. My husband loves this after his workouts. Also really easy to pack with you if your doing outside activities. It is red when mixed, not clear.

Best way to recover
I play division 1 men’s rugby, and training in the summer can be brutal on my large frame. So when I am running and pushing myself to the limits I like to mix up a batch of Pedialyte sport to take with me to help recover lost electrolytes from training in the hot sun.

I recieved this product, and was very pleased with the way they made it, theyre great for on the go, empty a pack in some water, and into the sippy cup it goes! These packets are so convenient, for a hot day on the beach, or vacations. I love this product! The taste is good too, my Littles loved the taste too.

I LOVE these!
I’m new to Pedialyte Sport packets, and I’m already obsessed. These have helped accelerate my recovery period after hard exercise, SUBSTANTIALLY. I’ve noticed way fewer muscle cramps and soreness, and my energy comes back faster than usual. These packets are also delicious, so that makes them even better!

Interesting flavor but great hydration
I was going to be in a wedding in 90 degree heat and knew I needed something that would keep my hydrated all day, I'd always heard that these are the way to go. The flavor was pretty refreshing but probably not something I would drink casually. But I definitely felt hydrated and fine all day!

Love this flavor! Tastes a lot like Gatorade but not as sugary. I take it typically after a workout or after a night of drinking and it helps me recover well. I’m sure to pair it was extra water to help maximize the effects! I do recommend.

Pretty tasty and really hydrated me this weekend on my hike. 10 miles in the summer heat can definitely require additional electrolytes and these were absolutely perfect for the task at hand. Love this stuff!!

Great way to stay hydrated on hikes!
Convenient way to always have Pedialyte!
I really like the Pedialyte Sport Electrolyte Powder as it's a convenient way to have Pedialyte on hand without taking up as much room as a liquid bottle, and I like that there are multiple pouches (six) to make it only as needed. My biggest frustration is that the liquid bottles are to be used within 24 hours of opening and tend to be large, whereas this box allows you to make six 16oz bottles only when needed. The Fruit Punch taste is good, and there are only 35 calories so you're getting the electrolytes needed without unnecessary sugary calories. Perfect to have on hand for any hot days or on a long hike where replenishing your electrolytes is a must! Definitely recommend!
