Preparation
Storage & Handling
- Ready to Use: Do not add water or dilute.
- Do not use if printed band around cap or inner foil seal is missing or broken.
- Remove protective band and twist off cap.
- Remove and throw away protective foil seal.

Too sweet
My daughter loves a good sweet drink, but she didn't like this. She said it was too sweet. Even after chilling it and adding ice, she still struggled to drink it.

We have been waiting for this product!
So happy this has finally arrived. For years, we have used Pedialyte for my three boys and now that they are grown, we will continue to use it. All three play sports and all three need a product just like this one to make sure they have their electrolytes where they need to be. The boys have no problem drinking it and they claim it really does help them feel better. We will continue to use Pedialyte sport and recommend it to all our friends.

Not the best taste
Living in the desert, we need to replenish our electrolytes frequently during the summer.
I tried the fruit punch flavor and was not impressed. My son said it was like cough syrup, but to me it just had a strange after taste.
I poured it into my cup with a lot of ice and that helped a little with the taste.
I do feel like it helped with my electrolytes though. I did not cramp after my workout like I frequently do if I don't replenish!

The one thing I dislike about sports/hydration drinks is that they all just have so much sugar in them!! This one is different, it has 1/4 of the amount of sugar as other similar products and still tastes great! Living in the south n the summer means hot, humid, extremely high heat index days and doing anything outside can deplete you energy, this drink was perfect for keeping me hydrated through the summer and because of the added electrolytes you don’t need to drink as much as you would with other similar products! I would recommend this to those that are looking for a healthier, less sugar option!

The original is better
PediaLyte is my go-to for hangovers. I typically try to drink half a bottle before I go to sleep and the rest in the morning and it’s a lifesaver! So I thought I’d try this new one after a long bike ride in the heat. For some reason it has milk products in it? I did research and apparently it is safe for people with lactose intolerance, but this still made my stomach upset. Also; the fruit punch flavor pains me. I think I’ll stick with the original unflavored one.

Not great taste
I know and trust the pedialyte brand, and thought the sports drink would be a good idea for my boys. I'm sure it provides all the necessary electrolytes, but it tastes terrible! Syrupy, salty lemon-lime. Not. Good.

Refreshing Feeling
I love the refreshing feeling of longevity. The various flavors are amazing, and so hydrating. It's full of potassium,sodium, and all the vitamins necessary to restore my body.I love that it's just not for kids, but adults as well.I can pick up a bottle and start to feel the replacement of lost fluids.

Not like other sports drinks
So I guess there's a spectrum between sugary great tasting sports drinks that kind of help rehydrate you, and near medicines that really replenish missing nutrients. This drink strikes me as sitting right on the line between the two. If you really need to rehydrate after some intense workouts or an illness, this may be the drink for you. As far as the taste, it's not bad. I think it's a little thick and syrupy, and it tastes a bit salty. You absolutely want to drink this cold. I drank this after a day of getting way behind on my fluid intake, and I felt great after drinking it - but it's admittedly not the same as rehydrating after a marathon or day outside working in the sun. If you're looking for something beyond the usual sports drinks, I think you should definitely give this one a try!

Salty tasting
I been trying to find alternatives to Gatorade for a while now, so I got this to see how it is.... I'll say it was all bad. It tasted salty and just gross. Imagine a poorly made koolaid with salt added and you wonder what flavor it is. It tasted like something you'd drink from a doctor. I'm not a fan

This sports drink not only tastes good, but it's refreshing as well! I really enjoy the fruit punch flavor. It’s low in sugar and chock full of electrolytes including potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and chloride! I’ve used these on some recent hikes and they do wonders with helping me rehydrate under the hot sun! Overall, I’m very happy with the thirst quench this drink provides! If you’re looking for support after a serious workout, I highly recommend this!

High Quality Product!
I got this Pedialyte to replenish my bodies fluids and to rehydrate after exercising and after I've been working outside in the heat. I can tell a big difference in how I feel after I drink the Pedialyte compared to other drinks to rehydrate. I don't get cramps in my muscles and I don't feel light headed after drinking the Pedialyte. It is by far the best product on the market for for all ages to replenish your body's fluids. I used the infant Pedialyte with my children when they were babies when they were sick and couldn't hold down food or milk they could always hold down the Pedialyte and it kept them from getting dehydrated until they were well. It is the best product of its kind on the market 35 years ago and it's the BEST on the market today!

Strong Taste
The flavor of this product was not a family favorite. We refrigerated this product but was unable to drink this product due to taste. My spouse recommended watering it down but the directions tell you NOT to water it down, so we didnt. I would be interested in trying another flavor besides the lemon lime because I think this would be wonderful product for after a workout or sporting event for my kids.

Great flavor!
As a former Gatorade user, this is way better. Really nice to have a scientifically proven product that works so well. Overall I’m very pleased and will not go back to other sports drinks. Some people even use this for hangovers are here I haven’t tried that yet. Overall just a great hydrating beverage with a good flavor and comes in super large bottles.

Tastes Great, High in Electrolytes
This fruit punch sports drink is high in electrolytes (significantly more than other sports drink according to the graph on the back of the bottle). That does mean it’s high in sodium, and while I did think that was noticeable in the flavor, I still thought it tasted sweet and fruity, not overly “salty,” but that may not be the case for others who are more sensitive to it.
Another unique quality about this sports drink was the cap. It has a built in feature to easily rip open the foil safety seal (shown in second picture). You turn it upside down, push slightly, and twist. The ridge tears open the foil more easily than having to pick at it with your nails or finding something sharp to tear a hole. Neat feature that I didn’t know I wanted!

So delicious!
I got the topical punch (or some punch) flavor and it is out of this world! It's got the same "punch" and burst of flavor as sugary drinks without the sugary taste. It doesn't make you thirsty after you drink. It's got so much in it like electrolites and potassium, etc. I usually take some big swigs before I go to HIIT training then when I come home, I drink the rest. I do recommend drinking it very cold. It does have a little bit of a salty aftertaste if it's not super cold, but otherwise, it's great. My husband and I fight over it.

Hydrated!!!
What I like about this pedialyte sport is that while working out and running on a treadmill this quenches my thirst. I usually have about two bottles of water while working out but they don’t keep me as hydrated as this. Around 16ounces usually does the trick and has me twice as hydrated I was drinking so many bottles of water. The taste isn’t really that bad you get used to it but this is definitely worth it.

Hydration at its best
This stuff kept me going while clearing my land in the hot texas summer. I'd go through about 3 liters of liquids in 6 hrs, and would save this for somewhere in the middle of my work. I looked forward to it the whole time leading to it. When you are thirsty and working, this stuff hits the spot.
