Directions
Use
- Mix one packet of Pedialyte Powder with 16 fl oz water only.
- Stir or shake to dissolve.
- Tastes best served cold.
Use
- Store unused reconstituted product in sealed container in refrigerator for up to 48 hours.

It was... Ok
First off, this was very hydrating. It provides tons of electrolytes. The flavor on the other hand wasn't great. It was very salty until halfway through the drink when my body adjusted.

Great flavor, electrolytes, cost less than others.
My perception of pedialyte over the years was it was meant for children. It had an abundance of sugar that kept me away from it. This is different. You can mix to taste, isn't overly sugary, and does a great job. Bonus, it cost considerably less than its competitors. I actually bought more! Great product with great health benefits if you're active and need to stay hydrated.

Strong taste
I like pedialyte for children to help them get better. I decided to try sport instead of another brand. I mixed it, chilled it, and it had a strong taste to me. I think I need to exercise more to make it taste better. I have done that will another brand and it did taste better. This does contain sugralose and 7 grams of sugar.

Salty
I got the fruit punch flavor and tried both at room temperature and cold. It definitely taste better cold. It has all the electrolytes you need after a good workout or even just being in hot sun and sweating too much. I love the convenience of the packets I can take anywhere and keep one in my gym bag. My son loved them better than I did and said wasn’t salty to him.

these little packs are super handy to bring along anytime you're sweating it out in the world to help keep dehydration at bay. I don't know that I can feel much difference in effect relative to more common sports drinks, but these certainly seem less sweet. certainly more exciting than just slamming water all day

I got the Pedialyte Sport Packets for myself to use while at work. I am a welder so I need something to keep me hydrated and to keep my electrolytes up. I liked the lemon lime flavor. Make sure to give it a really good shake to desolve it. I like that it has the key electrolytes for muscle recovery and support. I would recommend this product to my family and friends.

Yay! Hydration finally tastes good!
Awesome flavor and much better tasting than original jug I typically go for. I was able to have husband and son try this product and without complaint! This is now my go to for gym day and definitely a product I will continue to purchase! Be sure to read directions and follow them and you’ll be pleased with how well it works!

Pedialyte Sport is such an amazing product.The box comes with individual premeasured packets ,which makes it easy to take anywhere.No measuring scoops to fumble with.It dissolves so quickly and tastes great with no aftertaste.After drinking this within a hour I feel energized ,alert and totally refreshed.Definatly something I keep in my cabinet.

I think everyone should have some form of electrolytes on hand, especially on the go and these are great for that! The packets are easy to open and get all the powder out into a bottle. It mixes well, I didn't have any chunks floating around after I vigorously shook my bottle for a bit. Only thing I wasn't fond of, to me it was a tad bit too "salty" or whatever that flavor was. It wasn't nasty or undrinkable, it was still tasty, just too "salty" for my taste.

Great tasting and very beneficial
I am a frequent runner and have tried other sports drinks but this is by far the best. The lemon lime flavor actually taste like lemon lime but was not loaded with sugar like many other alternatives. I just did a 10 mile race and this was definitely part of my hydration during the race. You can tell after drinking this, especially after a hard work out, that it helps replenish nutrients lost. I highly recommend anyone who works hard to give this a try.

Tastes pretty good
The Pedialyte sport mix is a very tasty sports drink that offers amazing hydration. I tried these when working outside in the Texas heat and I feel like they did a really good job of keeping me hydrated. The flavor is very good with a sweeter taste than regular Pedialyte. I will definitely be getting more of these.

Pedialyte has always been known as the go to liquid when your kids are sick but now they have entered into the adult arena with this new product. I really never thought I would see Pedialyte for adults and this Sport product is a literal game changer. There are 6 packets that you dissolve in 16 ounces of water each which supply 5 key electrolytes like sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, and phosphate.

Bad taste.
I was excited to try this product because I have been using similar electrolyte replacements. I wish this had more natural ingredients instead of dyes. I got the fruit punch flavor and it was very overpowering. It tasted like fake sugar. I was not a fan. The other flavors might be better but it should be more natural overall.

Great drink!
I love this Pedialyte drink! It tastes great and really keeps me hydrated during hot summer days when I’m doing activities outside. It’s very travel friendly! One pack can really make you feel energized and hydrated. It doesn’t leave your mouth tasting nasty either.

Easy to Use & Tasty
Love the ability to put pedialyte sport into a water bottle! It tastes good and easily replenishes electrolytes but with not as much sugar as other brands. It was helpful to drink this after playing soccer and running around for a whole day. Highly recommend.
