Directions
Use

This is my honest review of Pedialyte Sport Mix. So simple to mix the remeasured packet into 16oz of water, shake and drink! The Fruit Punch flavor is quiet good and is even better super cold! The ingredients are impressive compared to the "other sports drinks"..

Pretty good!
I don’t really work out, so I can’t say if it helped in that area, but I will say that the taste wasn’t that bad! It doesn’t taste watered super watered down and it isn’t too sweet, which is perfect.

Its Okay but not Great
It has a mild fruit punch flavor but not enough for my liking. Packets are easy to open and added to bottle water or a glass of water is simple. I had high hopes for this but it fell short. It is better cold but it still could use more flavor. It also has a slightly odd after taste to it. I wouldn't use it again but it is healthier than the name brand sports drinks so it has that going for it. Overall it was average tasting and some people probably will like it, but it just wasn't right for me.

Tastes Great
My son tried the Pedialyte sports drink. He really likes it. He thinks it tastes great. He likes the fruit punch flavor. He said it reminds him of Powerade. He just joined the golf team at school so he was keeping Powerade bottles in his bag, but that gets bulky to carry. He likes these because you can just take a water and pop an individual packet in. I like that he is able to drink this on the course to replenish what he is losing from all the walking on the course. It had been super hot here too when he was out there so this really helped. Would definitely recommend for anyone that does a sport or just works out a lot like he does.

Nice flavor
This seems to work great for my child but I finally had the chance to use it for myself. Admittedly I used this after a long night of partying and it worked like gangbusters and the flavor is better than I expected.

One of the best!!

Great rehydrator with no chalky taste!
I have been using Pedialyte products for my family for as long as I can remember including for myself and being in the heat and humidity of Florida, Pedialyte's Sport powder is my go-to to rehydrate. Whether I am doing yard work, hiking, or doing some heavy gardening in the Florida heat Pedialyte Sport rehydrates me faster than the other brands I have used and the taste (lemon/lime is one of my favorites) is awesome! Coming in at only 40 calories per packet is a big plus when watching my intake. On a personal note, I use cold cold ice water as it definitely makes the flavor pop out much better than anything room temperature or warmer, and it's probably the best of the powdered electrolytes when it comes down to dissolving completely in cold water!

Good product
I got this for my grandsons because they play football to help keep them hydrated. It is easy for them to use they just pour it into their water bottle. They are not very fond of the taste though. Other than that I would recommend it for children who play sports.

Better than I thought
I am a big fan of sports drinks overall, and these are much better than I expected. I thought they would taste kinda salty, but I am not having that issue at all. The flavor is good and it is nice that they come in single serve pouches for when you are out and about. Sometimes it is nice to have something with a little flavor instead of plain water and this is a good option if you are sick of some of the other water flavors.

Tastes really good
My son likes to drink this when he is doing basketball camp on those hot days and sweating while doing drills. He really likes the taste and it's nice because it helps keep him hydrated. The individual packets are nice because he can put it in the water bottle himself while I get the cooler ready. Definitely recommend my son loves it.

Great product!
I got this product to try because I only drink water normally. This is amazing product! Great taste, easy to use and it’s healthy. Gives you some flavor.My kids start using it too because they play sports and it’s great after playing to have it. Definitely we will use this on every day basis.

Not bad
This was better than most but still not great. I liked that it tasted like what was advertised but my biggest concern was that it didn’t feel cold. I give it that it left me rehydrated but it did not taste cold. I would still drink it if I needed to hydrate.

Maybe On Occasion
I love having a drink to provide hydration during my workout. Today I decided to try using the Pedialyte Sport. I just added to about 16 ounces of water and put it in my shaker cup. I did find I liked this more with a little more water though.
I did not have any issues with this dissolving. I just shook with my water and ice and I was good to go. It actually dissolved better than most powders I have used in the past. Even after sitting for a few minutes, there was no powder on the bottom of my shaker.
I get more lemon than anything. You can taste the salt which I am not a huge fan of. It is very similar to several other hydrate products I have tried. I was just not a huge fan of the overall flavoring even if you take out the saltiness.
I probably will not use these daily for my workouts, but they will be great to have on hand when I am feeling dehydrated or on a day when we have been outside in the heat for a long time.

Tastes Weird
I mixed this power like it said, one packet with 16oz water. The package said it tastes better cold, so I added some ice cubes. Man, this stuff just tastes weird to me. It has a ‘chewy’ mouthfeel. My wife seems to like how it tastes, but I much prefer the ‘other guys’ sports drink.

Hydrates Fast!
I recently got this because I've been getting a lot of headaches at work this summer from the excessive heat and sweating. I drink water constantly, but it never seems to help. My parents always gave me Pedialyte as a kid when I was sick and I love the idea of a ready mix powder that I can add to my water bottle, so I figured this would be a great option to give a try. I feel like my headaches have become much less frequent and I certainly feel much less dehydrated during the day since drinking these. I got the cherry flavor and that is the only reason that I didn't give 5 stars. To me, the cherry flavor tastes extremely sweet and I have to dilute it much more than the recommended amount. On the plus side, each packet lasts a lot longer for me. Fantastic product but not the biggest fan of the cherry flavor.

Great after a hard workout
A friend recommended Pedialyte sport to me because I had a lot of muscle pain and a dizzy feeling after running and workout. But not anymore. After one cup of this drink and half an hour rest, I am full of new energy.
It is easy to prepare and really refreshing. Other sport drinks or hydration mixes are to sweet but not this one.
It is a bit pricy but worth every penny.

Great for rehydration and flavor
I use these when I plan to be drinking. One before i start and one before bed, these taste so much better than many of the competitors and I think they work better. These are a great tool and I think they would work well in a sports setting. I love how they are super portable in the packet size

Great taste!
This Pedialyte Sport drink tastes fantastic! I got lemon lime flavor and it’s very refreshing! I drink it post work out and it helps with rehydration and lost minerals from sweating. Easy on the go packs. It says to mix with cold water and I definitely recommend that as it does not taste as good if it’s not cold. Overall great electrolytes!

Some of these hydration products lack true electrolytes. Pedialyte's has sodium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and chloride. It tastes good and is easy to pour into a water bottle for working out or a post run.

Really helps in this Texas heat.
I received these packets and they have been a life saver. Here in Texas this summer has been brutal! While working in my yard this past weekend I had added the packet of electrolytes powder to my water and it helped keep me hydrated and refreshed. Now normal powders always have a funny taste but this powder was actually really good. This is a MAJOR helpful product to carry any and everywhere.

Great Taste and Very Convenient
These are definitely so handy to have if your on the go. My kids can easily pour these packets into their water bottles without spilling it all over my car. My kids love the fruit punch taste and they love to see the color emerge as they shake the bottle. It's fun for them and I know it's healthy and a great source of important key vitamins and nutrients for them throughout their day. I would definitely recommend these as a wonderful, beneficial beverage for your kids on the go.

Better than Gatorade !
I am an athlete and getting the correct amount of electrolytes is very important for me especially after a hard work out. I’ve always relied on products like Gatorade, Powerade, ect. to replenish but these products never truly quenched my thirst and made me feel unfulfilled. When I heard about pedialyte’s sports line I was so excited to try it and it certainly exceeded my expectations. Not only is the formula light and refreshing with all the benefits, but it also tastes so yummy! I’m excited for more flavors of this line to hit the market, thank you Pedialyte!!

Great for a weekend outdoors

As a nurse, I believe Electrolytes are extremely underrated. Most people think we need pedialyte just when we’re sick or had to much to drink the night before. The electrolytes and nutritional value in pedialyte sport are unparalleled to any other product aside from an iv with lactated ringers. Everyone needs these in their pantry. Especially people who are active.
